I Am Overcoming Depression with the Help of a Therapist
I was always depressed and I seemed to always focus on why being in the city was such a mistake. This lasted for a few months until I finally decided to see a therapist. The therapist helped me understand why I was feeling the way I was and helped me learn new ways of seeing things which have really helped in overcoming the feelings of depression I had.
Its been a year now and I definitely feel better than I did a year ago. I still have things that I need to work on, but going to therapy has definitely been worth it.
