People often seek professional help because they may be feeling depressed, anxious, experiencing difficulty with relationships or feel challenged realizing their personal or professional goals. At the same time, they believe they should be happy but deep down realize that something is not right or may be missing. As a result, they look for ways to manage and cope with complex life siutations and emotional feelings.
As a highly trained clinician, the treatment I provide extends to both psychoanalytic and cognitive-behavioral therapy depending on the persons needs.
My treatment approach is warm, nonjudgemental, empathic and always respectful. I will help you with problematic life events/changes, losses, depression, anxiety, self/body image, stress and with difficult relationships both professinal and personal.
As we work together, you will begin to understand and correct the patterns that interfere with both the realization of your goals and living your life more fully.
To arrange for a consultation or to receive more information about my practice, please feel free to contact me at (212) 265-6338. I look forward to speaking with you.
