It's not easy to find a therapist so I hope that what I tell you about me and the way I work will make it easier to reach out and make the call.

I work with primarily but not exclusively with women and adolescents to resolve anxiety and depression, particularly in the context of eating problems, self-esteem, body image, and relational difficulties. I'm easy to talk to, non-judgmental and interactive. I'm able to minimize and often eliminate the shame and self-condemnation clients frequently feel. Women of all backgrounds and lifestyles are welcome. I create a safe environment for individual or couples counseling.
