My office is in the Woodley Park neighborhood of Washington, D.C., across the street from the National Zoo. It is a five-minute walk from either the Woodley Park or Cleveland Park metro stations (red line). Free street parking is available.
I offer day and evening appointments.
I like to educate the public on mental health issues, so I post regularly to my blog, and I am a contributing writer to www.4therapy.com. I have written for a variety of other web sites and magazines, including ivillage.com; helpstartshere.org; Clinical Psychiatry News and Bethesda magazine. All of my articles are available for free on my website: www.dctalktherapy.com
I've been interviewed by the media many times, including by 'Good Morning America' and The Washington Post about ways to handle holiday stress. I was more recently interviewed by match.com about dating after 40. I have given presentations to Washington, D.C., area hospitals and clinics on depression, stress management, work-life balance and relationship issues.
