Besides counseling people and families with “everyday” problems, Dee specializes in counseling individuals ( and couples. She also works with people whose backgrounds include trauma, domestic violence and physical/sexual abuse. Since 1995, Dee has been a psychotherapist in private practice offering individual, couple, family, and group counseling.
Dee has been a student and teacher of the Enneagram since 1990. In counseling and consulting she has found the Enneagram to be a useful and effective tool for implementing change. She says it made a big difference in her own life, in particular while she was running a company of 70 employees and a small business with three partners.Dee is also on the faculty of the Relational Life Institute and trains other therapists in this model of therapy. It is the most effective couples therapy that Dee has found and makes profound changes in people's lives and relationships.
She offers on-site corporate training and team building for companies and specializes in personal coaching and negotiation skills for women mangers.
