Personal Comments:
Are you a good person that hurtful things have happened to? Do others not know how bad you feel inside? I know it's hard carrying this turmoil around all by yourself. It's time to let someone help you feel better and recapture who you truly are. You are not alone. There are some simple techniques to address the hurt inside.
I am a somatic psychotherapist incorporating body, mind and spirit to heal the painful effects of abuse, trauma and other life stresses. We will use mindfulness to intentionally elucidate, explore, and modify core beliefs you formed growing up in order to provide a more satisfying way of being. My experiential approach focusing on growth has proven to be highly successful in establishing a sound emotional foundation for making life decisions and creating a healthy life path.
Maybe your relationships are suffering as well. I work experientially with couples to shift the limiting patterns that cause disharmony.
In addition to the above methods of psychotherapy, I use neurofeedback, which is helpful for sleep disorders, trauma relief, ADD, and peak performance training, to name a few.
If you are struggling, yet pretending things are okay, don't wait one more day. I can help. Call me at 650-949-0456 or email marti.elvebak@mindspring.com
