Office Information/Hours:
Since becoming a therapist, over 10 years ago, I have recognized the difficulty of being a wife, mother and professional woman. I have noticed the women around me are all saying the same things. They are overwhelmed and not feeling good about themselves and their relationships. These women have the hardest jobs of all and yet get the least amount of appreciation.
Through my personal and professional experience I have developed my passion for helping women feel better about their lives and finding the relationships they desire.
In addition to my years of personal and professional experience I have the following credentials.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - License # MFC36880
Member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists
Master of Arts Clinical Psychology - Pepperdine University - Graduated with Honors
Member of Psi Chi - The National Honor Society in Psychology

General Comments:
As women we were socialized to believe we can do it all. Never did we realize how hard it would be.
Maybe you feel you can’t do your best in any area of their life because there’s too much to get done.
You may continually work (whether at home or work) and feel like nothing gets done.
Perhaps your relationship is in trouble and you don’t know what to do about it.
Maybe you expected your significant other to help out more but it isn’t happening.
You are most certainly not alone. I have helped hundreds of women in all these situations (and more) to feel better.
