In these days of quick fixes, I still believe in doing therapy the old fashioned way because I have found it to be effective, and the changes long-lasting. My training and experience have taught me to listen and provide a safe space for people to explore their inner world. I see my role as helping people learn to understand themselves and work through feelings in order to facilitate change in their lives. Through our work together people have achieved their goals and improved their relationships, both personal and professional.
Having a lot of experience working with chemical dependency, I am very familiar with 12 step program, which I find very compatible with psychotherapy.
