I have devoted the last 6 years of my professional life to learning the newest, state-of-the-art cognitive-behavioral treatments for anxiety disorders such as, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and obsessive-complusive disorder.
For executive and life-coaching clients, I provide practical tools to help them overcome procastination and achieve their goals. The principles of my coaching practice have been outlined in my book, "Consider It Done: Ten Prescriptions for Finishing What You Start".
