I have worked as a clinical psychotherapist for the past twelve years. I specialize in treating clients,who suffer from anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and phobias. I have developed an eclectic therapeutic treatment approach. However, my individual approach gravitates towards cognitive behavior theory. My work with clients focuses on their realization that their various disorders stem from their erroneous beliefs about themselves. I work with them on disputing their irrational thinking and assist them in developing new adaptive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Many of my cients have benefitted from this approach and are now leading happier and more productive lives.
