Personal Comments:
As recently seen on 'Good Morning America', discussing family stress at the holidays. Go to my website, WWW.DCTALKTHERAPY.COM, to view the entire interview.
I help people overcome their anxieties, fears and limiting beliefs to lead happier, healthier lives. I offer individual, couples and group therapy for adults of all ages. I have a particular interest in young adults (20s and 30s), many of whom have difficulty navigating relationships and careers.
I was trained in cognitive-behavioral theory, but I often tailor my approach to best suit the clients' needs, so I sometimes use a more goal-oriented approach. I understand that therapy can sometimes be a difficult process, but the result can often be tremendously rewarding, even life changing.
For more information on me and my work, please visit my web site WWW.DCTALKTHERAPY.COM. I am currently accepting new patients and I always welcome referrals.

All of my articles are available for free on my website.
In addition to my recent TV appearance, I've been featured twice in The Washington Post, once on a radio station in Indianapolis about couples therapy and was recently interviewed by match.com about dating. I have given presentations to area hospitals and clinics on depression, stress management and relationship issues.
