Personal Comments:
As recently seen on 'Good Morning America', discussing family stress at the holidays. Go to my website, WWW.DCTALKTHERAPY.COM, to view the entire interview.
I help people overcome their anxieties, fears and limiting beliefs to lead happier, healthier lives. I offer individual, couples and group therapy for adults of all ages. I have a particular interest in young adults (20s and 30s), many of whom have difficulty navigating relationships and careers.
I was trained in cognitive-behavioral theory, but I often tailor my approach to best suit the clients' needs, so I sometimes use a more goal-oriented approach. I understand that therapy can sometimes be a difficult process, but the result can often be tremendously rewarding, even life changing.
For more information on me and my work, please visit my web site WWW.DCTALKTHERAPY.COM. I am currently accepting new patients and I always welcome referrals.
