General Comments:
I believe what is accomplished in psychotherapy is co-created by both the patient and the therapist. I am interactive and relational. I have training and experience in a wide variety of issues and have worked with people from many different backgrounds.
I believe in tailoring the treatment to the individual rather than the other way around. Therapy is about self-actualization. There are many roadblocks to becoming the person we want to be. I see therapy as a way of understanding and eliminating these blocks. Self-knowledge provides us with choices. When we understand our patterns, it becomes easier to get past them.
I have been practicing for over 20 years. I am warm and empathic and care deeply about the work I do and the people with whom I work.
