When Is It Prescribed?
Librium (chlordiazepoxide) is prescribed to treat anxiety, nervousness and tension associated with anxiety disorders.

When Will It Start to Work?
You should start feeling the effects of Librium (chlordiazepoxide) within a couple hours, however, this medication should be taken for a couple weeks to see if full effects will be felt.
Are There Any Drug Interactions?

- you had negative reactions to other benzodiazepine
- you have a history of drug dependence
- you have had a stroke
- you have multiple sclerosis
- you have Alzheimer's disease
- you are seriously depressed
- you have other brain disorders
