You may add or update any of your information in the "Your Profile" section of the website.

Required information is indicated by an asterisk *. All other information is optional.
Secondary information consists of much more detailed information, such as your home address, home phone number, marital status, and parental status. However, none of that personal information is required, and you could opt to withhold all of it and still successfully proceed through the secondary registration process. The only thing you must do to successfully complete this stage of registration is indicate what time zone you are in; the calendar functions of the website would not function correctly without this.
All personal information, both primary and secondary sets, is otherwise private, and will not be made available to any other user of the website, or any other person or entity in general, without the consent of the user.

There are three important exceptions to our assurances of confidentiality:

If that professional prefers to be paid via credit card, you will be asked to supply your credit card information at that time. This information goes directly to the professional; 4therapy.com NETWORK will neither have access to it, nor utilize it in any way. Furthermore, that information becomes part of a professional's records; you cannot delete or change it. All financial transactions between a mental health professional and a consumer are strictly confidential, and between those two parties alone.
